Team Building
Creative, musical and sporty team building days run by the same artists, tutors and event crew behind Top Dog's events. You tell us what you want, we make it happen.
Top Dog has been producing events since 2000 and delivering creative workshops since 2001. That means hand-picked, experienced tutors and performers, plus an events team that can run the whole day for you, from venue and timings to staff on the ground.
Bespoke activity days built around your group, your goals and your venue.
Pick one of the packages below and we’ll handle the rest.
From a small leadership team to a full conference. Tell us your numbers and we’ll suggest the right format.
We deliver throughout the UK, at your venue or one we find for you.
Each package can run as a short taster session, a half day or a full day, or be combined with others.
Our world-class football freestylers become team captains. Teams rotate around skills zones, from freestyle tricks to a football obstacle course and inflatable games, competing to be crowned the most skilful team. Based on the format we ran for Adidas.
Teams write and perform their own track with a professional rapper/MC tutor. A brilliant way to get people collaborating, laughing and speaking up, ending with a performance in front of colleagues.
Experienced club DJs teach the basics of beat-matching and mixing, then teams battle it out on the decks. Or go for our Stick It On format: everyone gets 15 minutes of DJ fame with a compère and technical helper.
Our graffiti artists, who have painted at Grands Prix, festivals and on TV, guide your team in designing and spraying a large piece of art together. You keep the finished artwork for the office.
A high-energy group drumming session that gets the whole room playing in time. Simple to join in, loud, and an instant ice-breaker for groups of any size.
Teams build an original track from scratch with a music producer, choosing beats, samples and sounds, then hear the finished tune played back at the end.
Learn moves and rhythms from performers like our Fireforce breakdance crew. Teams put together a short routine and perform it, with as much (or as little) spinning on heads as you like.
Combine several of the above into a rotating zones day. Teams earn points in each zone, from freestyle football to DJing and graffiti, building to a final showcase and a winning team.
Adidas approached us to run a fun event to engage 60 of their retail managers in the middle of 6 hours of intensive hotel meetings. Using 4 of the best football freestylers in the UK as team leaders we created 4 football zones and split them into 4 teams, each team competing in all 4 zones to find the most skilful team. The feedback was phenomenal.
